Focusing on a solution will bring you a positive emotion. When you focus on a problem will bring you a negative emotion. If you focus on the Positive you will attract more of that into your life.

My focus and Intention right now is to make sure I get a raise and a promotion at my current work. I know that the Universe will take care of this for me and give me that which is in my best interest.
